Issu d’une famille célèbre de Chablis, Stéphane Brocard s’est installé un peu plus au sud, en côte d’Or, où il a créé sa propre maison, la Closerie des Alisiers. La gamme porte sur les appellations régionales de Bourgogne ainsi que quelques crus bien choisis de la côte de Nuits. Nous avons été séduits en 2021 par le fruité et la plénitude du chambolle-musigny et du pommard.
