Anciennement appelée cuvée Heimbourg. Le pinot gris se montre très mûr et profond, avec une belle acidité qui apporte de la fraîcheur à un équilibre moelleux.

La cave de Turckheim est l’une des principales dans le secteur de Colmar et surtout la vallée de Munster. Elle exploite notamment des parcelles en grand cru Brand, Hengst et Sommerberg.
