Un pinot gris d'équilibre sec, au nez de coing et de froment, ample en bouche avec du gras. Un vin parfait à table dans un style qui gagnerait à se généraliser en Alsace.

Situé en majorité sur la commune d’Ingersheim, le vignoble cultivé en biodynamie comprend une partie sur le sol alluvial en bordure de la rivière Fecht, mais également quelques parcelles cadastrées : le Steinweg près de la rivière, le Dorfbourg derrière le grand cru Florimont, le Letzenberg au-dessus d’Ingersheim à l’est du Brand, et un peu de grand cru Furstentum.
