Un vin élégant, au nez de litchi et d'épices, légèrement doux en bouche avec du gras et une bonne pureté. Un vin fin très digeste, à boire dès à présent sur des plats riches et épicés.

Après une longue absence dans nos pages, ce domaine de belle réputation de Riquewihr avait fait son retour lors de l'édition passée du guide. Les 2017 présentés cette année nous ont laissé sur notre faim.
