Un vin au nez intense, possédant une liqueur très souple évoquant le jus de fruit mûr. Un vin pur à la longue finale, à garder quelques années pour qu’il dévoile son côté minéral.

L’un des domaines les plus réputés du village de Barr, qui pratique une viticulture bio labellisée. La gamme est soignée même si encore trop de sucre résiduel ne vient ternir l’équilibre gastronomique de certaines cuvées. Les prix demandés restent très raisonnables.
