COMMENTAIRE
La maison est l’antenne beaujolaise et mâconnaise du négociant rhodanien Michel Chapoutier, mais elle continue d’être gérée de façon autonome. En dehors des vins, elle excelle dans les liqueurs, crèmes de fruits et les vieux marcs, mais depuis près d’un siècle elle a acquis un savoir-faire dans le sourcing de vins représentatifs de leurs appellations. Des vins de moyenne garde dans l’ensemble et c’est le but recherché.
