Arômes ouverts, sur les fruits jaunes, les fleurs. Riche et puissant, avec une finale sur les fleurs jaunes, et une pointe minérale crayeuse en fin de bouche. Belle sapidité. Là encore, le vin est à boire.

Cette maison figure parmi les plus importantes de la région pour les volumes produits, en négoce principalement. Les Lamblin sont dans le Chablisien depuis 1690 et proposent régulièrement une gamme fidèle au millésime. Le fourchaume 2017 était très convaincant.
