Ce viognier au caractère sudiste est long, épicé et profond. Il plaira aux amateurs de vin luxueusement élevés. Peut-être aurions-nous préféré une version qui préserve mieux la remarquable matière que nous décelons derrière l'élevage ?

Ce très beau domaine historique commercialise l’essentiel de sa production à l’export. Les blancs, en corbières ou en igp d’hauterive, tout comme les rouges méritent d’être dégustés pour leur fraîcheur.
