Propriété de la maison Louis Jadot depuis 1996, le vignoble du château s’étend principalement en moulin-à-vent et morgon. Son parcellaire en moulin (35 hectares) est le plus beau de tous les exploitants du cru, avec des vignes conséquentes sur les lieux-dits Rochegrès, Carquelin, Champ de Cour, Thorins, La Rochelle ou Vérillats. Sous la direction de la pétillante Julie Pitoiset, le vignoble progresse vers l’agriculture biologique et les blancs seront certifiés avec le millésime 2024. Pour les vinifications, c’est du classique, entre cuves béton et fûts, et des mises après 11 mois. Petite nouveauté : des essais de vendanges entières dont Julie est une adepte.
