Nez très pinot, cerise, noyau, lys, silex, bouche fine, ronde, très aromatique, avec un petit côté acidulé très rafraîchissant. Très facile à boire et équilibré.

Christian Collovray et Jean-Luc Terrier, vignerons du Mâconnais au domaine des Deux Roches, se sont implantés depuis plus de vingt ans dans l’Aude pour y travailler le chardonnay et le pinot noir. Le travail des sols et une incontestable maîtrise technique sont les ingrédients de leur réussite. L’ensemble des vins produits au château d’Antugnac sont toujours très aromatiques, harmonieux et tendus par une belle vivacité.
