Ce château implanté à Escales dans l'Aude surprend par un corbières blanc très frais, délicatement citronné et tout en puissance. C'est un archétype de vin du Sud avec cette matière ronde et gourmande dans une couleur peu souvent rencontrée dans l'appellation.
