COMMENTAIRE DE L'EXPERT

Un pinot gris liquoreux très confit au nez, moelleux en bouche, avec de la profondeur et une bonne pureté. L’ensemble se goûte encore très sucré avec un caractère asséchant en finale.

Au pied de la petite église fortifiée du village, la cave d'Hunawihr est l'une des plus importantes du secteur, elle est notamment le plus important producteur du grand cru Rosacker.
