Équilibre demi-sec d'une grande profondeur pour cette cuvée récoltée en surmaturité, encore moelleuse en bouche avec l'amertume fine du pamplemousse en finale. Gros potentiel.

COMMENTAIRE
Thierry et Éric Kientzler ont fait progresser la viticulture du domaine, le convertissant à l’agriculture biologique. Si les vins étaient déjà d’un bon niveau et la viticulture soignée auparavant, cette étape devrait leur permettre de franchir un cap supplémentaire. Sur leurs terroirs principalement répartis entre Ribeauvillé et Bergheim, le riesling est le grand gagnant en cave. Mais le grand cru Kirchberg leur permet de proposer un étonnant auxerrois et surtout un rare muscat, tous deux de belle garde.
