Un vin clairet au fruité exemplaire, marqué par des notes de cassis frais et de fruits rouges, soyeux en bouche avec des tanins fins discrets. Un vin gourmand très réussi.

Petit domaine familial de 6 hectares converti à l’agriculture biologique, où plusieurs générations cohabitent, dont le plus jeune, Florian, arrivé en 2009, aidé par son épouse Mathilde. Un joli pinot noir F qui doit ruser pour proclamer son origine du grand cru Frankstein, belle expression de cette parcelle granitique.
