COMMENTAIRE DE L'EXPERT

Le fruité est surmûr (pâte de coing), un petit départ de caramel au lait, belle emprise minérale plutôt gréseuse en bouche, des amers qui épaulent bien le moelleux de texture et le résiduel perceptible (environ 25 g), c’est une petite VT, le terroir a été épargné par la mouche !

Jean-Christophe Bott exploite un vaste parcellaire qui couvre plusieurs types de sols et grands crus. La large gamme, commercialisée avec quelques années de décalage, propose des vins au toucher de bouche singulier et un style souvent à part dans le paysage alsacien.
