Récolté en surmaturité, le 2006 porte la mention "Cuvée Bottrytis L'Exception". Le nez est encore discret avec une note poivrée, la bouche est saline, légèrement douce avec une belle amertume qui rappelle le pamplemousse. Un vin racé de grande densité, qui évoluera bien.
