De puissants parfums de fruits confits, une bouche onctueuse sur fond de jus de fruits frais, très savoureux. À l’apéritif ou sur un dessert, sa belle acidité fera merveille, elle donne du peps à cet équilibre demi-sec.

Jean-Christophe Bott exploite un vaste parcellaire qui couvre plusieurs types de sols et grands crus. La large gamme, commercialisée avec quelques années de décalage, propose des vins au toucher de bouche singulier et un style souvent à part dans le paysage alsacien.
