COMMENTAIRE DE L'EXPERT

Arômes très purs de citron confit, de mandarine, de cédrat, bouche aérienne où certes un léger sucre est perceptible, mais il se fond bien dans la salinité de bouche, ensemble digeste, aérien, tonique, splendides amers en finale. Magnifique de pureté, il serait plus grand encore s’il goûtait un peu plus sec.

Jean-Christophe Bott exploite un vaste parcellaire qui couvre plusieurs types de sols et grands crus. La large gamme, commercialisée avec quelques années de décalage, propose des vins au toucher de bouche singulier et un style souvent à part dans le paysage alsacien.
