Cette propriété historique qui a beaucoup fait pour Ajaccio a eu depuis de nombreux hauts et bas. Éloïse, la fille de Jacques Bianchetti, a bien repris les choses en main. Les vins de manière générale retrouvent style et expression de terroir.
