Ce domaine familial de 14 hectares, géré par Pascal Reverdy, est soigneusement cultivé dans une démarche très respectueuse de l’environnement, sans pour autant revendiquer le bio. En blanc, La cuvée Terre-de-Maimbray, issue d’un terroir du Kimméridgien similaire à celui de Chablis, forme une belle entrée en matière. On tient là l’un des meilleurs rapports prix-plaisir de Sancerre.
