Un vin très séduisant, au nez de rose et de fruits mûrs, avec une pointe de miel, ample et souple en bouche avec un moelleux fondu. Un vin très élégant.

Ce domaine est le fruit de la volonté de Marc Rinaldi, un entrepreneur à succès qui sur le tard a décidé de se consacrer aux grands terroirs d’Alsace. Après avoir racheté le domaine de Jean Schaetzel, il a investi dans des vignes en grand cru, notamment sur le Schlossberg et le Brand (Kirrenbourg est le nom d’un lieu-dit au sein du Schlossberg). Avec un chai modèle d’esthétique et de modernité, l’équipe technique articulée autour de Samuel Tottoli voit aujourd’hui tous ses efforts récompensés. Une gamme de vins secs parfaitement adaptée à la belle gastronomie.
