Nez ouvert, intense sur les fruits acidulés avec une note boisée. Bouche ample et persistante, digeste avec une pointe d'amertume en finale. Un crémant de table au boisé un peu appuyé qui entre en conflit avec le riesling de l'assemblage.

Ici on travaille en famille : Véronique et son frère Thomas sont aux commandes et René, leur père, n’est jamais loin. Le domaine est situé au pied du clos Saint-Landelin, monopole planté à l’extrémité sud du grand cru Vorbourg, où le pinot noir et le muscat sont régulièrement réussis. Originaire de Westhalten, la famille a repris quelques vignes dans cette vallée Noble qu’elle connaît si bien, dans le Steinstuck et le grand cru Zinnkoepflé, ce qui lui permet de compléter sa gamme.
