Goûté avant mise. Pâte de fruits au nez et en bouche, la liqueur donne de l’onctuosité, on aime ses beaux amers, une fin qui revient sur les agrumes, avec une salinité qui va monter en puissance.

Ici on travaille en famille : Véronique et son frère Thomas sont aux commandes et René, leur père, n’est jamais loin. Le domaine est situé au pied du clos Saint-Landelin, monopole planté à l’extrémité sud du grand cru Vorbourg, où le pinot noir et le muscat sont régulièrement réussis. Originaire de Westhalten, la famille a repris quelques vignes dans cette vallée Noble qu’elle connaît si bien, dans le Steinstuck et le grand cru Zinnkoepflé, ce qui lui permet de compléter sa gamme.
