Les Raquillet sont vignerons de père en fils depuis treize générations et leur domaine de Mercurey s’étale maintenant sur 14,5 hectares, dont trois et demi en blancs. Amoureux de la vigne et du raisin, François Raquillet n’hésite pas à se remettre en question. Sa passion du métier lui donne cette émulation pour mener le domaine au meilleur niveau. Sa gamme se décline sur quatre cuvées de blancs et six de rouges et il y a toujours une cuvée de la maison qui se place dans le peloton de tête de nos dégustations à l’aveugle. Une adresse incontournable.
