Stéphane Briday et son épouse Sandrine dirigent ce domaine de 15 hectares, certifié Terra Vitis, éclaté sur les communes de Bouzeron, Rully et Mercurey. Les vinifications sont peu interventionnistes et les élevages réalisés avec une utilisation parcimonieuse du bois pour préserver le fruit, la fraîcheur et la minéralité des vins dont la gamme s’est étoffée d’un mercurey blanc. L’accueil au domaine tient une vraie place chez les Briday et on est ici reçu avec le sourire et beaucoup d’humanité.
