Le nez est complètement épanoui et exubérant, avec de jolis arômes de fruits bien mûrs, notes florales et cacao, la bouche généreuse, tout aussi aromatique et plutôt bien campée sur ses tannins.

Cette jolie cave coopérative, très dynamique, aux portes de Béziers, regroupe près de 220 coopérateurs ; animée par Guillaume Bonzoms, elle produit d’excellentes cuvées dont in-vino-erotico, en rouge et en blanc. Les vins sont très expressifs, généreux, très faciles à boire car dotés d’une excellente fraîcheur. On n’est jamais déçu par ces vins de caractère aux prix doux.
