On adore cette cuvée ambitieuse et très réussie. Caractère, plaisir, équilibre. Arômes complexes de fruits noirs confiturés, truffe, cacao, bouche voluptueuse avec des tannins serrés et francs, un grand fruit et beaucoup de fraîcheur.

Cette jolie cave coopérative, très dynamique, aux portes de Béziers, regroupe près de 220 coopérateurs ; animée par Guillaume Bonzoms, elle produit d’excellentes cuvées dont in-vino-erotico, en rouge et en blanc. Les vins sont très expressifs, généreux, très faciles à boire car dotés d’une excellente fraîcheur. On n’est jamais déçu par ces vins de caractère aux prix doux.
