Nez puissant, très fruits blancs mûrs, vanille, abricot, nuances minérales et miellées, bouche ronde, énergique, très vigoureuse, avec des arômes persistants et un bel équilibre en finale. Du caractère, beaucoup de présence.

Cette jolie cave coopérative, très dynamique, aux portes de Béziers, regroupe près de 220 coopérateurs ; animée par Guillaume Bonzoms, elle produit d’excellentes cuvées dont in-vino-erotico, en rouge et en blanc. Les vins sont très expressifs, généreux, très faciles à boire car dotés d’une excellente fraîcheur. On n’est jamais déçu par ces vins de caractère aux prix doux.
