Nez épanoui, fumé, floral, vanillé, mais aussi fruits du verger, bouche élégante, ronde, très aromatique, avec une belle tension, de l’allonge et une très grande vivacité. Complet et rafraîchissant.

Cette jolie cave coopérative, très dynamique, aux portes de Béziers, regroupe près de 220 coopérateurs ; animée par Guillaume Bonzoms, elle produit d’excellentes cuvées dont in-vino-erotico, en rouge et en blanc. Les vins sont très expressifs, généreux, très faciles à boire car dotés d’une excellente fraîcheur. On n’est jamais déçu par ces vins de caractère aux prix doux.
