Ingénieur-œnologue, Émile Balland cultive 9 hectares en Coteaux du Giennois et Sancerre. Sur cette appellation, le vignoble est exposé plein sud, sur des terroirs de caillottes exceptionnels, en très forte pente. La sélection présentée cette année ne nous a pas convaincus, nous referons le point l’année prochaine.
