COMMENTAIRE
Les choses avancent dans la puissante maison d’Ampuis. Dans le nord, Philippe Guigal ne cache plus son souhait d’être à terme en bio et les récentes plantations au lieu-dit Le Plomb ont été effectuées pour permettre le travail au treuil. Mais c’est dans le sud que les chantiers les plus importants sont en cours, avec une nouvelle cuverie opérationnelle au château de Nalys dès la récolte 2025 et des nouveaux bâtiments attendus pour 2026. Sinon, les premières dégustations – toujours officieuses – de La Reynarde, futur nouveau joyau en Côte Rôtie, se poursuivent, et montrent à ceux qui en doutaient la beauté du terroir de Fongeant.
