Le nez de fruits confits et de pierre à fusil est ouvert, la bouche est droite et minérale avec un moelleux bien intégré. Un vin de terroir à garder et servir sur une cuisine riche et épicée.

Daniel et son épouse Sylvie dirigent ce domaine de Mittelbergheim, bien implanté notamment sur le grand cru Zotzenberg. Le vignoble est en agriculture biologique. Les vins du Zotzenberg sont régulièrement les plus réussis, dès lors qu'ils n'affichent pas un résiduel trop marqué.
