COMMENTAIRE

Pascal Agrapart est un homme franc, sincère et attaché aux valeurs du terroir. Son fils Ambroise prend clairement la main, tout en restant fidèle au savoir-faire et savoir-être de son père. Les échanges entre ces deux hommes sont réfléchis, toujours accompagnés de sagesse et d’envies constructives d’aller toujours plus loin dans la précision. Le vignoble s’étend sur la Côte des Blancs, principalement autour d’Avize, auquel s’ajoutent Cramant, Oger, Oiry, Avenay Val d’Or, Coligny et Vauciennes. Ici, aucune certification n’est revendiquée. Les derniers tirages illustrent à la perfection la perpétuelle recherche de ce domaine toujours plus rigoureux.
