COMMENTAIRE
Plus vaste domaine viticole d’Alsace avec 130 hectares de vignes, concentrées sur les grands crus de Guebwiller et Bergholtz ainsi que sur le Bollenberg voisin, Schlumberger a entamé une démarche de conversion en bio pour les pinots noirs. Sous l’impulsion de Séverine et Thomas Schlumberger, les projets ne manquent pas, comme cette nouveauté du clos Saint-Léger, monopole de 160 ares planté en riesling au cœur du grand cru Kitterlé, en surplomb de la ville de Guebwiller, que nous avons découvert cette année.
