Un vin riche au nez de fruits à noyaux mûrs, de miel et de fruits secs, tendre et élégant en bouche avec un moelleux léger et bien intégré. Légère pointe de sous-bois en finale. Bonne réussite.

COMMENTAIRE
Plus vaste domaine viticole d’Alsace avec 130 hectares de vignes, concentrées sur les grands crus de Guebwiller et Bergholtz ainsi que sur le Bollenberg voisin, Schlumberger a entamé une démarche de conversion en bio pour les pinots noirs. Sous l’impulsion de Séverine et Thomas Schlumberger, les projets ne manquent pas, comme cette nouveauté du clos Saint-Léger, monopole de 160 ares planté en riesling au cœur du grand cru Kitterlé, en surplomb de la ville de Guebwiller, que nous avons découvert cette année.
