COMMENTAIRE

Erell et Flavien Ninot, sœur et frère, exploitent en binôme ce domaine de 13 hectares transmis par leur père et répartis sur Rully et Mercurey. La production est pour moitié chardonnay, pour moitié pinot noir. Leur philosophie est de respecter au mieux la nature, en culture bio. On aime le travail bien fait ici et cela se voit dans les vins. Leur style évolue et progresse chaque année vers davantage d’homogénéité et de race, notamment sur les rouges. En blanc, le rully Chaponnière 2022 est très réussi.
