À la pointe nord du vignoble chablisien et même bourguignon, les deux frères Xavier et Jérôme Garnier ont planté les dernières vignes en appellation, à Ligny-le-Châtel. Forts d’un solide tissu relationnel local, ils ont su compléter leurs plantations en Petit Chablis et Chablis par des approvisionnements sur quelques premiers et grands crus auprès de sources fiables que nous ne pouvons révéler, mais qui leur garantissent une gamme désormais complète sur le secteur. Leur cuvée Grains Dorés est un modèle de chablis vinifié et élevé sous bois.
