Ne cherchez pas la fraîcheur aromatique des pinots noirs de Bourgogne. Le cépage, quand il est bien travaillé en Languedoc, donnera comme ici une version plus mûre, sur la confiture de fraise.

COMMENTAIRE
C’est l’une des deux grandes caves de Limoux, qui se partagent à elles seules 80 % de l’appellation. Anne de Joyeuse, très attachée au respect de l’environnement et à la biodiversité, s’est spécialisée dans l’élaboration des vins tranquilles, rouges et blancs, notamment sur le haut de gamme. Ce choix est aujourd’hui parfaitement abouti et justifié. Toutes les cuvées sont d’un très bon niveau et sont, tant en rouge qu’en blanc, dotées d’une belle énergie et d’un grand naturel.
