Nous aimons beaucoup ce domaine discret mais qui régale ses clients sans faillir depuis des années. Installé à Fontanès, en Pic Saint-Loup, ce domaine mené par Marcelle Causse et son frère Michel propose une gamme marquée par la précision des tannins et la fraîcheur, notamment dans les blancs qui ont constitué le fil rouge de la production. Tourmaline est réalisée à partir de grenache et de syrah, l’almandin et les-escarboucles sont additionnés de mourvèdre, cette dernière cuvée étant élevée en barriques. Nous constatons un progrès net sur le rouge 2017 l’almandin, une grande réussite.
