Acteur majeur de la coopération en Alsace, par ailleurs en négociation pour fusionner avec un autre poids lourd de la région, Bestheim, Wolfberger est un spécialiste du crémant, avec régulièrement des cuvées qui se distinguent. En vins secs, la cave ne néglige pas le sylvaner et nous nous en réjouissons, les autres réussites se trouveront parmi les rieslings et les pinots noirs. Nous espérons que les pinots gris et les gewurztraminers suivent cette voie.
