Petit domaine d’Ammerschwihr, qui exploite notamment le dernier-né des grands crus d’Alsace, le Kaefferkopf. Christophe Freyburger souhaite aller vers des vins plus secs par le passé, mais il reste encore du chemin à parcourir, les 2017 semblaient mieux équilibrés que les millésimes précédents.
