Goûté avant mise. Pureté des parfums mais là encore un léger résiduel coupable que la fraîcheur des calcaires n’éponge pas en totalité. Le gewurztraminer d’entrée de gamme se révèle plus salin, il goûte moins sur la douceur.

Frédéric Bernhard va fêter sa vingtième vendange cette année, à la tête de ses 11 hectares cultivés en bio, dont un tiers de grands crus, tous autour de Katzenthal. La gamme est cohérente et c’est tout naturellement que ce domaine a retrouvé récemment sa place dans notre sélection. Il a les terroirs pour.
