Récolté au niveau d'une vendange tardive, le vin est moelleux et concentré avec un superbe botrytis, finissant sur des arômes d'écorce d'agrume. La puissance du Furstentum est ici enveloppée par une matière mûre, donnant un équilibre profond et très pur.

Frédéric Bernhard va fêter sa vingtième vendange cette année, à la tête de ses 11 hectares cultivés en bio, dont un tiers de grands crus, tous autour de Katzenthal. La gamme est cohérente et c’est tout naturellement que ce domaine a retrouvé récemment sa place dans notre sélection. Il a les terroirs pour.
