Les arômes de raisin frais au nez annoncent une bouche élégante, croquante, avec un léger moelleux soutenu par une bonne acidité. Un muscat de fruit très pur et déjà délicieux.

Frédéric Bernhard va fêter sa vingtième vendange cette année, à la tête de ses 11 hectares cultivés en bio, dont un tiers de grands crus, tous autour de Katzenthal. La gamme est cohérente et c’est tout naturellement que ce domaine a retrouvé récemment sa place dans notre sélection. Il a les terroirs pour.
