Frédéric Bernhard va fêter sa vingtième vendange cette année, à la tête de ses 11 hectares cultivés en bio, dont un tiers de grands crus, tous autour de Katzenthal. La gamme est cohérente et c’est tout naturellement que ce domaine a retrouvé récemment sa place dans notre sélection. Il a les terroirs pour.
