Un vin liquoreux très pur, puissant en bouche, avec une liqueur très fine rehaussée d'une belle acidité. Les arômes de fruits confits, d'abricot sec et de coing sont encore discrets. À garder.

Frédéric Bernhard va fêter sa vingtième vendange cette année, à la tête de ses 11 hectares cultivés en bio, dont un tiers de grands crus, tous autour de Katzenthal. La gamme est cohérente et c’est tout naturellement que ce domaine a retrouvé récemment sa place dans notre sélection. Il a les terroirs pour.
