COMMENTAIRE
Antoine Kreydenweiss a hérité de son père Marc de superbes terroirs sur le ban d’Andlau, notamment le fameux Kastelberg, un grand cru posé sur un sous-sol de schistes de Steige, qui donne au riesling un goût unique, presque fumé en bouche, avec un grand potentiel dans le temps. Le terroir n’explique pas tout et il y a aussi le travail appliqué à la vigne, où la biodynamie sert de révélateur aux différentes natures de sous-sols. Toute la gamme régale par sa perfection, y compris les vins de macération, notamment le pinot gris sur le grand cru Moenchberg.
