Le terroir calcaire du Steinert donne toujours des pinots gris très typés, au nez de noisette et de fumée avec une note de pierre à fusil. La bouche est ici moelleuse, mais conserve une belle acidité avec une bonne profondeur. Le pinot gris parfait pour accompagner le gibier à plumes.
