Assemblage des deux grands crus Steinert et Goldert réalisé pour le cinquantenaire de la cave, le vin montre le potentiel des terroirs de la cave avec un équilibre fin et minéral rarement atteint auparavant. Le nez délicat sur le pétale de rose laisse place à une bouche riche très nette qui conserve beaucoup de fraîcheur.
