Philippe Chatillon s’est installé à Poligny en 2013 pour créer son domaine. Une petite surface de 3,5 hectares, un travail en bio et en biodynamie, sans soufre, avec des tests d’élevages en amphore, pour un résultat probant sur une large gamme déclinée en côtes-du-jura, arbois et vin-de-france. La qualité est au rendez-vous.
